    Call Out Charge (including first hour of labour) - £150 inc Vat

    Labour Rate (per subsequent hour. Charged in 30 minute increments) - £95 inc Vat

    Late Cancellation (call is classed as Late cancellation if not cancelled 48 Hours before agreed appointment) - £95 inc Vat

    Please note: Payment will need to be made to our office prior to or on the day of the visit 

    We provide a 1 year warranty on our installations however, if the fault reported is with a 3rd party piece of equipment (such as Sky box, Broadband Router etc) a standard callout charge will apply

    Important Information Regarding Service Visit:

    It is extremely important that you provide the full details of your equipment including model numbers as our technicians prepare parts to repair your equipment based upon this information.

    Fault descriptions need to be as detailed as possible for us to diagnose potential parts required. We will do our upmost to repair on the first visit wherever possible.

    Any parts required are charged in addition to the above service rates.

    Your three hour time slot will be confirmed either by text message or e-mail together with the name of the field service technician who will be attending (provided a valid mobile and / or email address is provided by yourself).

    Additional Work
    Any additional work not specified above must be quoted for and booked with the office before the arrival of our engineer. Additional work cannot be arranged on the day of booking.

    Working Space
    The space where our engineer will be working should be cleared of obstructions (furniture, toys etc) to allow the work quoted to be completed in the allocated time.​

    Parking
    If off street parking is not available please advise the office so arrangements can be made for pay and display parking if required.

    Packaging
    Most Manufacturers now require the customer to retain packaging in case of warranty.
