    Simply put, we offer to visit your home and put the life back into your Hi-Fi system! Perhaps you have sought several fixes over the years to put that 'magic' into your system, perhaps you just don't understand why the components you have don't move you like the reviews said they would..

    Through this service we offer to bring our catalogue of “options” to you, instead of you visiting our demo room in unfamiliar surroundings (probably with quite different equipment) it can be hard to truly evaluate and understand equipment changes you may be considering making.

    We recommend scheduling up to a 3 hour listening session, during which our experience can be applied in your own listening room on your own equipment.

    Our aim is to put the enjoyment back into your Hi-Fi system - a system where you can escape into the magical world of music !!


    Terms & Conditions - Please Read Carefully
    Charge (including three hour visit) - £150 inc Vat

    Late Cancellation (call is classed as Late cancellation if not cancelled 48 Hours before agreed appointment) - £95 inc Vat

    Please note: Payment will need to be made to our office prior to or on the day of the visit 

    Important Information:

    Please provide the full details of your equipment including and cables, accessories, stands etc - anything you think might be important to the performance of your system. Please note some of the recommendations of our specialist engineers may need a return visit particularly if electrical supply work is advised etc.

    Working Space
    The space where our engineer (s) will be working should be cleared of obstructions (furniture, toys etc) to allow a complete and successful visit.

    Parking
    If off street parking is not available please advise the office so arrangements can be made for pay and display parking if required.
