Inspection Charge :
Most manufacturers charge a minimum inspection charge of circa £150 inc Vat

Shipping :
All repairs are shipped using professional shipping companies shipping to and from repair.
This is charged in addition to the repair and can be in the region of - £95 inc Vat

Cancellation :
If an estimate for repair is not accepted the manufacturer's inspection charge plus shipping is still payable

Payment :
Payment will need to be made prior to collection of repairs

Warranty :
Manufacturer's usually provide a 90 day warranty on repaired components.
if a further fault develops (on other components) this is not covered by the 90 day component warranty.

Additional Work :
At the time of service the manufacturer may require some additional component upgrades, this will be advised asap

Packaging
If repairs are booked in without the original packaging, the manufacturer may return the item in new packaging which is usually chargeable.
